Welds steel for high tension

ADVANTAGES:
High-speed electrode developed with an iron powder coating to speed the application. X-ray quality. Designed for welding and reconstruction in all positions. Does not produce spatter, even in wet or humid conditions. Designed to perform in areas where cleaning and weld preparations are difficult. Welds on galvanized materials without damaging the plating.
SPECIAL PROPERTIES:
Arc distance is not critical. 94,000 psi tensile strength. Elongation of up to 25%. Welds up to 50% faster than regular electrodes. Slag is easily removed.
APPLICATIONS:
This electrode may be used in all types of low and medium alloy steels, both for manufacturing and maintenance, including: plates, pipes, tanks and other types of construction steel. Perfect for galvanized steel, pressure containers, outdoor pipes or moving equipment and machinery.
